Please read these Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Terms and Conditions") carefully before using the https://www.globalinnovationscorp.com website (the "Service") operated by Global Innovations Corp ("us", "we", or "our").

Your access to and use of the Service is conditioned on your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. These Terms apply to all visitors, users and others who access or use the Service.

By accessing or using the Service you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms then you may not access the Service.

Services

Global Innovations Corp provides swimming pool design, construction, renovation, and maintenance services in Brisbane and surrounding areas. All services are subject to:

  • Site inspection and assessment
  • Approval of design and specifications
  • Execution of a formal contract
  • Payment of required deposits
  • Obtaining of all necessary permits and approvals

Consultations

Free consultations are provided as an initial service to discuss your project requirements. These consultations:

  • Are limited to one hour in duration
  • Provide general advice only
  • Do not include detailed design work or quotations
  • May be conducted in person, by phone, or via video conference

Quotations and Pricing

All quotations provided by Global Innovations Corp:

  • Are valid for 30 days from date of issue
  • Are based on information provided by the client
  • May be subject to change following site inspection
  • Do not include council fees or third-party charges unless specified
  • Are exclusive of GST unless stated otherwise

Payments

Payment terms for all projects:

  • A 10% deposit is required to secure your booking
  • Progress payments will be required at specified milestones
  • Final payment is due upon completion and before handover
  • Payments can be made by bank transfer, credit card, or cheque
  • A 2% surcharge applies to credit card payments
  • Late payments may incur interest charges of 1.5% per month

Warranties

Global Innovations Corp provides the following warranties:

  • 10-year structural warranty on concrete pools
  • 3-year warranty on equipment and fittings
  • 1-year warranty on workmanship
  • Warranties are subject to proper maintenance and use
  • Warranty claims must be made in writing

All warranties are in addition to your rights under Australian Consumer Law.

Cancellations

Cancellation policies:

  • Cancellations more than 14 days before commencement: full refund of deposit
  • Cancellations 7-14 days before commencement: 50% of deposit refunded
  • Cancellations less than 7 days before commencement: no refund
  • Once construction has commenced, cancellation fees will apply based on work completed

Site Access and Preparation

Clients are responsible for:

  • Ensuring clear and safe access to the work site
  • Obtaining any necessary approvals from neighbors for access
  • Marking underground services prior to excavation
  • Removing any obstacles that may impede construction
  • Providing access to water and power as required

Changes to Project Scope

Any changes to the agreed project scope:

  • Must be requested in writing
  • Will be priced and agreed before implementation
  • May affect project timeline
  • May incur additional design or administration fees

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Global Innovations Corp shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:

  • Your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service
  • Any conduct or content of any third party on the Service
  • Any content obtained from the Service
  • Unauthorized access, use or alteration of your transmissions or content

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Queensland, Australia, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights. If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable by a court, the remaining provisions of these Terms will remain in effect.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material we will try to provide at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.

By continuing to access or use our Service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms. If you do not agree to the new terms, please stop using the Service.
